Healthy Shrimp Parmesan

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 lbs medium/large shrimp shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 TBSP Chopped fresh parsley (2 tsp. dried)
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Melt butter and garlic. Add lemon juice
  • Place 1/4 butter mixture over the bottom of a oven safe baking dish.
  • Arrange shrimp in a single layer
  • Mix cheese and bread crumbs
  • Sprinkle cheese mixture evenly over shrimp
  • Drizzle remaining butter mixture over shrimp
  • Bake at 350 until shrimp is pink (approximately 20 minutes)
