Homemade Cranberry Sauce

  • 12 oz package of fresh cranberries
  • 1 C orange juice
  • 1/2 C Monk Fruit In The Raw┬«
  • 1/2 C brown sugar


  • In a saucepan, heat the sugars and the orange juice and cook until sugar liquefies. Add cranberries and place a splatter guard over your pan. Cook until cranberries start to pop (about 10-15 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and cool completely before serving. It is best to let it cool overnight to give the sauce the chance to thicken.
