Mini Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Pie crust (we use the pre-made crust)
  • 5 tbsp defrosted frozen spinach
  • 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C medium diced onion
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 C milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • Place the pie crusts in the mini muffin tins. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • While baking, saute the onion.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and add to the baked pie crust.
  • Return to the oven and continue baking for 25-30 minutes.
