Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Open biscuits and place them in the center of a hot waffle iron, one at a time, for 2-3 minutes.
Arrange biscuit waffles onto foil-lined cookie sheets.
Shred chicken and add desired amount of barbecue sauce.
Put approx. 1/4c of chicken onto each biscuit and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Top with ranch dressing and green onions.
