  • 15 Large Raw Shrimp, Peeled
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 English Cucumber, Chopped
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1/2 C Corn
  • 1 Avocado, Chopped
  • 1 C Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, chopped
  • 1/4 C Feta Cheese


  • Sprinkle the shrimp with the garlic salt and italian seasoning blend on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the shrimp until cooked through and pink. Let shrimp cool and reserve the cooked olive oil.
  • Chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients with the shrimp in a bowl and drizzle with the cooked olive oil.
  • Toss until combined and serve right away.
