This is one of my favorite desserts. Bananas are a huge favorite in my house, so I’m always looking for creative ways to serve them.

This recipe rocks—not only does it tastes great, it’s also very healthy and I can make it in just about two minutes. You can’t go wrong with a two-minute dessert when you’re a busy mom like me!

Ingredients: 

– Banana – Brown sugar – Cinnamon – Frozen vanilla Yogurt or Ice Cream

Slice bananas and place in a microwavable bowl. Add the brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.

Microwave on high for 1 minute.

Add ice cream and serve immediately.

That’s it! So simple and delicious—the warm banana and ice cream mixture will melt right in your mouth and your kids will ask for this dessert again and again!
