Welcome to Jasmine’s Workout Wednesdays. As a mom, I know how hard it is to fit in time for yourself. So each week I’ll feature a new workout that’s easy to do and requires minimal time. Let’s pledge to spend at least 10 minutes a day to better our health, and together we can do this! 

As a busy mom to two boys and a full-time job, I’m finding it harder and harder to find the time to do things for myself. As much as I always told myself I would always make time to workout, that too, has fallen onto the procrastination list.

With work during the days, working out during the afternoon is a no-go for me. So my only two options are mornings or evenings. With the workout below, I can easily add this into my crazy morning or evening schedule, and the best part is that I can do it in less than 10 minutes.
