Weeknight Stir Fry Sauce

  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger OR a pinch of powdered ginger
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  1. Mix water and cornstarch until blended, add remaining ingredients.
  2. Cook desired meat, turn skillet to low and add pre-mixed sauce. Once simmering, add veggie of choice and cook for about 5 minutes, or until desired tenderness of vegetable.
  3. Serve over rice
