Its Monday, and for many of us, that means the kids are back to school! So instead of spending your free time reloading your Facebook page and doodling on your Draw Something app, let’s dedicate a few minutes to getting motivated for a week’s worth of fitness and healthy living!
I love Women’s Health magazine. Its packed with nutritious recipes, amazing workout ideas, beauty tips and even some romance advice – if you haven’t checked it out, you really must! Heck, you can even subscribe through Amazon, making it a total no-brainer. They have a great website too, which supplements the print mag with great resources and free newsletters.
Let’s get to the reason we’re talking about this today: the fitness section! In addition to the magazine’s exercise tips and tricks, their website offers FREE printable workouts and videos after a quick sign up process (linking to Facebook saves even more time and it won’t spam your feed). The videos are super helpful since it can be really difficult to figure out exactly how a particular move is done. Remember: doing a workout improperly can be dangerous and ineffective, and a mom’s time is too priceless to waste!
So what’s The Workout of the Day?
It’s a Women’s Health exclusive: The Standing Abs Workout
Hey! What are you waiting for? It only takes 15 minutes and you’ll be one step closer to a bikini body!

You can explore Women’s Health yourself on their website, on Facebook, on Twitter, and on Pinterest! If you’re craving even more, head to the app store and check out some really cool ways to stay fit using your smartphone!
