Try these adorable little s’mores pops for your Valentine’s party this year. They are easy to make and kids love them. These are just like the s’mores pops you will find all over Pinterest, but they are made with pink marshmallows for Valentine’s Day! You should be able to find pink marshmallows in your local grocery or craft store this time of the year. Enjoy!

  • 1 Large Pink Marshmallows
  • 1.5 Cups chocolate chips
  • 3 graham crackers
  • 8 craft or popsicle sticks
  • Red ribbon

  • Place a red ribbon around the base of each craft stick and put a marshmallow on each one, set aside. (I like to put my marshmallow on first and then dip to avoid the mess of trying to put the chocolate covered marshmallow on the stick later. You can do it either way, but I think it is much less messy my way).
  • Place graham crackers inside a Ziploc baggie and crush them with a rolling pin or a small hammer. Place them in a bowl and set aside.
  • Melt chocolate. In my microwave, it took 1 minute and 15 seconds to melt the chocolate, but every microwave is different, so watch your chocolate closely so it doesn’t burn. Once the chocolate starts to melt, stir a few times until it is creamy.
  • Dip each marshmallow into chocolate. Swirl around a little to make sure the top half of the marshmallow is covered. You can use a spoon if you like to even the chocolate out and make it look pretty.
  • Hold dipped marshmallow over bowl of crushed graham crackers with one hand and with the other sprinkle graham crackers on top of melted chocolate. Rotate the marshmallow all the way around while sprinkling to ensure the entire pop is covered in graham crackers.
  • Let sit until chocolate hardens (about 30 minutes). You can let them sit standing up in a glass like I have done here or some people use Styrofoam blocks to hold their pops upright while the chocolate sets.
Keyword cake pops, valentines,

I just had to include a picture of my son, Reece eating these. He was my taste tester and let’s just say, they certainly are kid-approved!
