For some people, picking a diaper bag is easy. For me, it is a little harder. I don’t want your run-of-the mill diaper bag that looks childish or too obviously like a diaper bag. I am pretty practical and like the idea of a bag I can utilize fully with my child, but can also use after the diaper days are over.
When I was told about Lassig diaper bags, I was really impressed after I checked out their selection of bags that are not just practical for today’s modern mom, but also look trendy and unlike most diaper bags I have seen! I was given the chance to use one, and I can’t wait to tell you all about these bags!
It comes equipped with everything a new mom could use- stroller hooks, a removeable bottle holder, removeable adjustable shoulder strap, changing pad, a removeable zippered pouch, and (my favorite feature!) a built in compartment for wipes!
First off, I love the way this bag looks! The pockets and straps make it look like a high end weekender bag, yet it is coated so that it can be wiped clean of any messes.
There are tons of compartments to hold all of your baby necessities:
Two large main compartments, one that has simply a zippered pouch in it, leaving tons of room for clothes or bankets, and one that houses the wipes compartment, a removeable baby food jar holder, and a sleeve for the changing pad-a perfect spot for all of your diapering items.
There are two small sized pockets in the front of the bag, perfect for pacifiers, phones, socks, a camera…the possibilities are endless!
There is a zippered pocket that is lined in water repellant material for those days you need to stash messy clothes, or perfect as a makeshift wet-bag for those who cloth diaper!
There is a zippered compartment with tons of little velcro closed pockets, a key chain that connects to the bag, pen holders, and additional space.
I love the feature of having the choice between the arm straps, a shoulder strap OR using the included stroller hooks! Did you know some other companies make you buy those stroller hooks? They are so handy and keep the bag right where I need it when we are out and about!
I like to leave the hooks attatched to my stroller and clip them right onto the bag when we use the stroller!
While the Vintage Metro Grey diaper bag is awesome and looks great, there isn’t one bag they make I don’t like! They make bags for every fashion style, personality, and even dad friendly bags! They even have a “Green Line” of bags that are made from recycled PET plastics, and are oh so cute!
They run a little pricey, but the quality and durability are well worth the price tag! These bags will last you through many children, trips, and messes no problem. I love our Vintage Metro Grey bag, and it gets compliments every time I take it out. Check out Lassig‘s line of family and diaper bags to see which one fits your style!
