I’m currently pregnant with my third child and getting bored with drinking water every day. It’s not really fun when everyone around me is getting fancy alcoholic drinks and I’m stuck drinking my bottled water. To make things a little more exciting I decided to look up fun mocktails to make for the summertime but was really disappointed in my findings. Everything was loaded with sugar which is the last thing I want to put into my body- pregnant or not.

I started thinking about my favorite summer drink and thanks to my pregnancy cravings, was able to come up with a super simple drink that takes little effort and tastes absolutely delicious and refreshing.

Pina Colada Mocktail

Healthy, Non-Alcoholic Pina Colada

Ingredients:

2 Cups Frozen Pineapple

1 Cup Frozen Mangos

2 Cups Coconut Milk

Directions:

Blend in blender and enjoy!
