One of my favorite things to do in the summer is to make yummy popsicles!  Now that my son is old enough to enjoy them, this summertime activity has become a special thing for us to do together.

These chocolate-raspberry pops are so darn good! They are delightfully delicious but still have a ton of fruit packed in them so I don’t feel as guilty feeding them to my son OR myself for that matter! They also only take about 10 minutes to prepare, which is perfect if you are trying to whip up a dessert for later. Just be sure to prep them in the morning so they have enough time to freeze!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup two percent milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 6 popsicle sticks

Directions:

Step 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2. Spoon mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.

Step 3. Freeze for at least eight to 10 hours.

Step 4. When ready to eat, run mold under hot water to soften popsicle enough to remove.

Step 5.  Sprinkle chocolate sauce on top of popsicles if desired.
