Ever attend a party or cookout and feel left out when everyone around you is enjoying cocktails and you have to casually sit on the sidelines and drink your caffeine-free soda or juice? While pregnant, I have felt that many times, until one day I decided that enjoying a few drinks is just about the mindset of being festive—not necessarily about the alcohol. I figured, why can’t I join in on the festivities and enjoy a few fun (non-alcoholic) drinks myself?

Half the fun of cocktails is the bright colors, fruit and umbrellas added to your drinks. Well, expecting moms can certainly have that and join the festivities! I’m all about having fun and feeling festive so it’s important to me that I can pretend I’m on a faraway tropical island enjoying my nice fruit umbrella drink.

Over my last two pregnancies, I have discovered what I call Mom-Tini’s—pregnant friendly non-alcoholic drinks that are just as delicious as my previous alcoholic tropical drinks. I have included five of my favorite Mom-Tini’s—hope you enjoy!
