Make this Pumpkin Pie Martini at your holiday party this year. You will get rave reviews and have everyone asking for the recipe. With pumpkin pie as a favorite dessert, this is a great addition to your after-dinner menu. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Makes Two Martinis

    • ½ cup vanilla flavored Stoli Vodka
    • ½ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
    • ½ cup pumpkin-flavored liquor (can find in most grocery stores each holiday season).
    • ¼ cup vanilla soy milk (regular milk will work too)
    • 2 pinches pumpkin pie spice
    • 2 tbsp sugar. (I mixed orange and white sugar together)
    • cinnamon sticks (optional for garnish)
    • 2 cups crushed ice cubes

Directions:

Step 1. Pour sugars onto a flat plate. Dip the rim of the glass under water so sugar will stick to it and set on top of sugar to coat evenly.

Step 2. Mix together the vanilla vodka, Bailey’s Irish Cream and pumpkin flavored liqueur into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well.

Step 3. Strain into a martini glass, and garnish with a sprinkle pumpkin pie spice before serving. If desired, serve with a cinnamon stick for garnish.
