I’ve been having a hard time finding mocktails (non-alcoholic drinks) that aren’t loaded with heavy amounts of sugar. While pregnant, the last thing I want to do is load my body up with sugar. Not only will it start to dehydrate you, but sugar will pack on those unwanted pounds and make you more susceptible to gestational diabetes. No thanks!
Thankfully I’ve found some great mocktails that leave me feeling great after drinking them, so I can enjoy adult time by the pool without feeling left out and happy to reach for another glass.
