I’ll admit, I never had a Bloody Maria. I was always scared to try one thinking “why on earth would I drink tomato juice infused with tequila?” It seemed I was the only one who thought that because every time I would mention it to my friends, they would look at me like I was crazy. I finally mustered up the courage to try one and let me just say, I now know why they all gave me the crazy eyes.
Recently I was given 3 gorgeous bottles of Tequila along with a Bloody Mary-Maria mixer from Pura Vida.
I am probably the pickiest tequila drinker ever and Pura Vida has quickly become one of my favorite brands to drink. The tequila is so smooth and it’s no surprise with all the awards it’s won. In fact, Tequila.net has chosen two of their tequilas winners of the Best of The Best award in 2012!
The Bloody Maria featuring both Pura Vida Tequila and their Bloody Mary-Maria Mixer is called Pancho Villa. If you are a Bloody Maria fan, this will not disappoint and it is so simple to make. If you are scared like I was to try this drink, I suggest you make it a goal of yours for 2014 to make one, It’ll surprise you how good they are!
