How many of you remember your moms working out to the videos Buns, Abs or Arms of Steel? I can still clearly remember my mom doing these workout routines religiously in our living room. I know she LOVED that video and it seemed to work well—she was always in great shape.
Last year, after I had my son, I needed to get my bootie back in shape, but my son was a cat-napper and literally would only nap for 15-20 minutes at a time! I found myself frustrated because I really wanted my body back but I could just never find the time to exercise. Then I remembered the Tamilee Webb workout videos so I researched to see if she had any short workout videos.
While researching, I found the video Tamilee Webb: The BEST of TAMILEE Buns, Abs & Arms Workout. It’s perfect for busy moms as it’s broken up into 15-minute workouts. Tamilee created this video by taking her best and most productive exercises of all time and combining them into these short mini-workouts. I was a little skeptical at first as I’m used to high-intensity, 60-minute workouts, but I thought what the heck, I have got to get off my butt and just do SOMETHING, even if it is only for 15 minutes at a time.
The first day, I started with the Buns workout and wow—I couldn’t believe how good of a workout it was! My heart was completely racing during the workout and I was sore for two days afterwards! Not only were my buns sore, my thighs were, too, which is an added bonus. The next day I did the Abs video and was equally surprised as to how hard my abs were working during the video. I found the arms workout to be great, too, but I tended to focus mostly on Abs and Buns since that’s what I needed to work on most.
On the days my son would nap longer, I would combine two of the workouts, or if I were really lucky, I would combine all three workouts for a fantastic, 45-minute workout. The Best of Tamilee video has quickly become my favorite workout series with my busy schedule. Not only did I feel great afterwards, I definitely noticed that my buns, abs and arms were much more toned and stronger.
If you are looking for results, but only have a limited amount of time to exercise, this video is perfect for you! Tamilee has many exercise videos on Amazon, including her original Buns of Steel, Abs and Arms videos. I have only tried the Tamilee Webb: The BEST of TAMILEE Buns, Abs & Arms Workout workouts, it is really the only video that I need!
