Healthy Shrimp Parmesan
Many people are kicking off the New Year with some lifestyle changes to be healthier. With a little help from Pyrex, I’d love to share one of my favorite lighter recipes with you.
I love shrimp parmesan, but usually when I get it out to eat, it’s been fried, is covered in sauce, and is served with pasta. In an effort to come up with a healthy shrimp parmesan recipe, I decided to try baking shrimp in a Pyrex 3 Cup Portable Container with No Leak Lid. I took the Healthy Shrimp Parmesan to a family gathering over the holidays in the convenient carrying case. Then, I took leftovers to work in a Pyrex 4 Cup No-Leak Clear Storage Container.

Healthy Shrimp Parmesan
Healthy Shrimp Parmesan
Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs medium/large shrimp shelled and deveined
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 TBSP Chopped fresh parsley (2 tsp. dried)
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Melt butter and garlic. Add lemon juice
- Place 1/4 butter mixture over the bottom of a oven safe baking dish.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer
- Mix cheese and bread crumbs
- Sprinkle cheese mixture evenly over shrimp
- Drizzle remaining butter mixture over shrimp
