My husband and I love mimosas, it is so refreshing and a great addition to brunch. One of our favorite things to do during the Summer is make our own fruit puree to add to the champagne. So incredibly delicious and healthier than adding store bought juice. Here’s a recipe for one of our favorites.
Fresh Raspberry Mimosas
- A bottle of your favorite champagne (we used Barefoot Moscato Spumante)
- 3 cups of fresh whole raspberries
Wash the raspberries and put them in your blender to puree. Add 3 tablespoons of the raspberry puree to your champagne flute, pour the champagne in and enjoy! Simple and delicious.
