If you haven't tried pizza on the grill before, this is the season to do it! Grilled pizza gives a different, rustic flavor to your pizza that will make you crave it every grilling season.
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (we prefer the whole grain pizza crust from whole foods)
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 cup shredded fresh spinach
  • 1 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  1. Preheat grill for high heat
  2. Brush one side of pizza crust with olive oil. Place pizza crust on grill with oil coated side down. Cook on high for 2-3 minutes or until bottom of crust looks crisp.
  3. While cooking, brush top of crust with olive oil. Reduce heat on grill to medium and flip pizza crust.
  4. Add pizza sauce, spinach and peppers; top with goat cheese. Cook on medium for 5-6 minutes or until ingredients are heated through and cheese is melted.
*If you feel that crust is cooking to fast and starts to look too brown on the bottom, reduce heat to low or place pizza on top grill rack to allow ingredients to cook.
