Crock Pot Chicken

Get ready for moist, flavorful chicken that couldn’t be easier to make! This simple crock pot chicken recipe is one that everyone in my family loves and is easy to throw together—even on the most rushed of mornings.
- whole chicken
- onions
- red potatoes
- carrots (I use small carrots)
- rosemary (fresh if available!)
- several garlic cloves (4-8 depending on how much you love garlic)
- salt and pepper to taste
Step 1:
Put chicken in the crock pot.
Step 2:
Wash vegetables. I peal and cut the onions in half. Then add the vegetables in with the chicken. Put some garlic and an onion piece right inside your chicken.
Step 3:
Add rosemary, salt and pepper to flavor your chicken.
Step 4:
Cook on low for 7 hours.

Ingredients

Instructions
- Put your chicken in the crock pot.
- Wash vegetables. Peal and cut onions. Add to the crock pot, putting one onion and clove of garlic inside the chicken.
- Add rosemary, salt and pepper to flavor.
- Cook on low for 7 hours.
