Black Bean and Corn Salsa

I’ve been looking forward to the annual “Rally For A Cure” Breast Cancer Golf Outing at Whispering Pines Golf Course for an entire year. . .It doesn’t get more perfect than a fundraiser for a great cause devoted to two things I enjoy most in this world; some of my amazing girlfriends and golf!
It was a perfect day. However, all good things must come to an end. The golf outing ended just in time for me to arrive home to three hungry boys , and a husband who was ready for a break from entertaining everyone all day. I needed something quick for dinner; and I really needed a shower!
You’ll need just a few things from your pantry:
Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 15oz Can Black Beans, drained
- 1 15oz Can Southwest Corn
- 1 16oz Salsa
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients and place the salsa blend in the fridge to chill while you bake or grill your meat of choice.
- Top your meat with the salsa and add a fresh garden salad for a quick and easy meal perfect for a busy summer evening!
