Infant Gift Guide2014

Infant Gift Guide1. Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes
Promote music appreciation and auditory development by introducing your little one to baby-friendly versions of classical masterpieces by Mozart, Vivaldi, Chopin and Rossini with the Baby Einstein take along Tunes. A large, easy to press button allows your baby to toggle through 7 high quality and enjoyable classical melodies at home, or for on-the-go fun. This baby’s version of an MP3 player has colorful lights that dance across the screen to enhance each entertaining melody and promote visual perception.   This was one of my sons favorite little toys when he was 3 months old all the way until 15 months. It is great for car rides and shopping trips with mom!

5. Bunzi Gradual Balance Bike
Learning balance step by step. That’s where we took off from when designing this little gem. The Bunzi gradual balance bike is a unique 2-in-1 balance bike that can be switched between 3-wheel mode and 2-wheel mode in just a few seconds. Start off in 3-wheel mode from as early as 1 year and switch to 2-wheel mode only when your child is ready. Switch back and forth as many times as you want. The seat position in 3-wheel mode is low to the ground for comfort, the seat position in 2-wheel mode is higher to make more speed. The Bunzi is light and easy to carry by the handgrip and has a nice little cookie storage trunk in the seat. Perfect for children 1 years old and up starting ride outdoors!

6. Fisher-Price Rainforest Jumperoo

Seat also features a bobbling elephant, a monkey swinging from a vine, a parrot hanging from a bead bar, a clear spinning bead ball, a tiger that plays hide and seek, a spinning lizard that makes rattling sounds, a tethered chew toy and a stack of chips with cute graphics for baby to explore.  Need stocking stuffer ideas??

Munchkin creates innovative products for babies and children, everything you can possibly think of. It can be so hard to come up with stocking stuffer ideas for babies and toddlers. There are not too many products that you can get babies. I love the idea of getting small children items they can really use like sippy cups, spoons, plates, bowls and bibs. I filled sons stocking last year with puffs, fruit melts, spoons, teethers, bottle accessories and bath toys. This was so perfect and that way he had presents as well as things he really needed. Munchkin’s has everything you can possibly need to fill your child’s stocking in a great way!

Sophie the Giraffe is one of our favorite teething toys. Vulli’s Sophie the Giraffe has been amusing babies for 50 years. Made of 100% natural rubber and food paint, the BPA- and phthalate-free Sophie is soothing and safe for your teething baby. Sophie’s unique design, pattern and texture stimulate all of your baby’s senses during playtime. She makes a happy sound when squeezed, stimulating hearing and helping your baby understand the link between cause and effect.

Lamaze Play and Grow, Freddie the Firefly. When babies are first born, they see in black and white. This is why Freddie strikes a balance between bright, high contrast patterns that help stimulate baby’s vision, and bold solid colors that give baby’s eyes a place to rest. Sounds like squeak, clink, and crinkle also help stimulate and develop baby’s auditory skills. Finally, Freddie’s large, friendly eyes invite baby to focus and stare at a single object, which can help calm baby while supporting healthy eye development. Made to be safe for newborns and young children, Freddie features a soft velour body that’s ideal for cuddling and busy wings with a peek-a-boo mirror for interactive play. Multiple textures keep your baby interested, encouraging her to explore. Additionally, the rings clink together, and the tethered ladybug teether–which baby can pull out or store in a cute little pocket–and knotted antennae are perfect for chewing. For added fun and to aid small motor development, there’s also a ball that squeaks when squeezed.
