- ½ cup cold water
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger OR a pinch of powdered ginger
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Mix water and cornstarch until blended, add remaining ingredients.
- Cook desired meat, turn skillet to low and add pre-mixed sauce. Once simmering, add veggie of choice and cook for about 5 minutes, or until desired tenderness of vegetable.
- Serve over rice
