You may have seen this routine floating around online, in places like Facebook and Pinterest. Its popularity is due to its simplicity! There are really only 4 different exercises here, plus some running (which can easily be substituted for jogging if you’re not yet run-ready). Also, the decreasing numbers are encouraging, since it will probably feel more difficult toward the end even with fewer repetitions.
