This is one of my favorite desserts. Bananas are a huge favorite in my house, so I’m always looking for creative ways to serve them. This recipe rocks—not only does it tastes great, it’s also very healthy and I can make it in just about two minutes. You can’t go wrong with a two-minute dessert when you’re a busy mom like me!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt or ice cream

Instructions:

Step 1: Slice bananas and place in a microwavable bowl. Add the brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.

Step 2: Microwave on high for one minute

Step 3: Add ice cream and serve immediately.
