As we all know, getting into a routine is the number-one way to get fit. You can’t just work out once in a while and expect results! The problem is that routines are so … routine! If you’re trying to figure one out yourself, it’s really easy to get overwhelmed and give up. Unless you’ve got a personal trainer who can tell you how much of which exercises to do, it can be difficult to know if you’re doing anything right at all.
Luckily, the internet is full of resources for a routine that works best for your body and your schedule. But since it’s Monday, I won’t make you scour the endless web articles on your own. Thanks to our good friends at Women’s Health, we’ve got an amazing workout routine that can help get you on the road to fitness in only THREE weeks and less than 30 minutes a day.
What? You don’t have 30 minutes?! How long did you just spend on Facebook before reading this? (I spent about 40 minutes catching up on my friends feed myself before writing this, so be honest!)
Now let’s get our sweatin’ clothes on and check out the outline of the three-week plan.
While everyone’s results will vary, if you stick to the plan for the duration of the 21 days (and even after that) you’re sure to see some positive change in your fitness level. So let’s start this together and see where we end up in mid-April when its time to break out the dresses and *gasp* even the shorts. GOOD LUCK!
