I don’t know about you but when I’m on the road I tend to use it as my excuse to eat horribly. While it may seem like fun at first, after an hour I start feeling worn down and just overall “blah.” Often times there just isn’t any healthier options while traveling and, unless you want to pack your own food before you leave, you are pretty much left out of luck.
As we prepare for our family road trip this weekend (follow our adventure on Instagram) we are happy to know that 7- Eleven offers a variety of fresh food offerings.
These foods include:
- Fresh sandwiches
- Fresh cut fruit
- Whole fruit
- Yoplait Yogurt Parfait with oats and honey granola
- Bistro Snack packs with mini pitas, cheddar cheese cubes, red grapes, celery, baby carrots and hummus
Because of the variety of healthier fresh foods, I know my family will be fueling up on foods that will keep us going.
Want to know something cool? 7–Eleven’s fresh foods are prepared in local kitchens and delivered to stores daily ensuring premium quality products for their guests. I love that the food is actually fresh and hasn’t been sitting there for who knows how long.
