LeapFrog seems to be one step ahead of the curve when it comes to educational toys. We have been fans of their products for over six years now and find that their toys really allow children to have fun while learning. LeapFrog recently released their new product line called Touch Magic, and I am just so impressed with the educational toys this new product line carries.

Touch Magic brings intuitive touch technology to preschool toys for the first time combining fun, learning and creativity. Touch Magic learning toys recognize every tap, touch and swipe to bring each product to life! The launch portfolio includes: Touch Magic Learning Bus, Touch Magic Rockin’ Guitar and Touch Magic Counting Train.

For the past couple of weeks my toddler, Austin, has been playing with the Touch Magic Learning Bus and has honestly learned a lot in these short few weeks. We have been working with him on letters and this has really helped him in identifying a letter with an object. It has also helped him recognize colors, which we have been working on as well. I have never seen him really want to play with a toy. Being two, he seems to have a very short attention span, and I love that we finally found a toy he will focus on and actually wants to play. My six-year-old, Ethan, also thinks this is a fun toy. He loves to help his brother learn and they enjoying playing with the Touch Magic Learning Bus together.

Magic Bus encourages core learning skills by teaching:

  • Letter sounds and letter recognition
  • Early vocabulary
  • Animals and instruments
  • Creative music play

Your child can:

• Hop on board for fun with the alphabet, early vocabulary, motor skills and learning songs!
• Make a movement or touch a sensor to activate the bus and get the learning journey rolling.
• Switch between three modes: Learning, Letter Exploration and Music, which includes fun sing-along songs about the alphabet, motion and more.

Just this past weekend we took trip from San Francisco to Southern California to visit Disneyland and Legoland. The drive home is about eight hours, and you know how restless kids can be on a drive that long. We took our Touch Magic Learning Bus with us and it was a lifesaver! During the times Austin would start to get restless, we would hand him his Learning Bus. This saved all of our sanity and he ended up playing himself to sleep with it. Successful car trip if you ask me!
