Happy New Year’s Eve! Many of us have a lot of goals planned for a healthier and happier new year, myself included. Instead of setting huge goals, work on small ones that are more achievable. You are more likely to stick with them and create healthy, long term habits.
Here are 5 steps to a healthier you!
1. Drink More Water
Water is so important and is something that most of us don’t drink enough of. I know for me, I just could never get into drinking as much water as I was supposed to. Ditch those fatty chips and snack on foods like almonds, blueberries, bananas, walnuts, oats, and oranges. Substitute steak and potatoes for fish, chicken, beans, and spinach. Be more thought conscious about the foods you are putting into your body and the portion size.

5. Drink Wine
